Renee Crank, Clinic Practice Manager
Renee has been with Ozark Veterinary Clinic since April of 2011. She started out as a part time Customer Care Specialist while completing her certification with Penn Foster for Veterinary Assistance. After becoming full time, she was a technician for three years, came back to the front desk and then became the Clinic Practice Manager in May 2016. She enjoys time with her husband on their farm in Chadwick, has a few animals, five dogs, two cats and two Clydesdale’s, and loves gardening.
Babbi Coffer, Head Client Care Specialist
Babbi has been with OVC since August of 2016. She is married to Mark Coffer and has two sons, one daughter-in-law and three beautiful grandchildren. Babbi loves spending time with her family, friends, and her dogs Booger and Gus.
Crickett Giles
Crickett joined the Ozark Veterinary Clinic staff in August of 2012 as a Client Care Specialist. She is now our lead Client Care Specialist and handles the clinics accounts receivable. She and her husband Chuck has three kids, three grandchildren and two dogs. Crickett is very active in the Ozark Community serving in the Historic River District’s Board of Directors, City of Ozark’s Board of Adjustments, and she chairs the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority. She enjoys listing to live music, rummaging through flea markets and crafts fairs.
April Tlaca
April has been with OVC since June of 2017. She has several cats and three dogs. April enjoys all animals big or small. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her four daughters, walking her three dogs with her kids and going to church.
Karen Dale
Karen has been with OVC since July of 2016. She was born and raised in Lamar, MO. She graduated from SMSU (now MSU) with a BA in writing and a teach certificate. Karen began working for the Division of Youth Series in 1986. After nearly 32 years of service, Karen recently retired. She enjoys hanging out with her dogs, Huey, Rosalie. She also likes doing projects around her house.
Jessica Tlaca
Jessica has been at Ozark Veterinary Clinic since July of 2016. She graduated from Ozark Highschool in 2020. Jessica loves all animals but cats hold a special place in her heart. Currently working part time as a receptionist at our clinic and enjoys her job. In her free time she loves to analyses films, paint, and spend time with friends and family.
