Dr. Rebecca Ketchem:
Dr. Rebecca Ketchem graduated with a degree in Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University in 1999. She began her veterinary career soon after and has been with the clinic ever since. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine but has a particular passion for surgery. Outside of her profession, she delights in reading, gardening, camping, fishing, and attending church. She lives on a farm with her husband, three children, fur babies, and farm animals.
Dr. Richard Linn:
Dr. Linn grew up in Northwest Iowa where his father was a veterinarian. Three uncles and two cousins are also veterinarians. He attended college at Iowa State University of Northern Iowa, and the University of Missouri. He met his wife, Barbara, at Northeast Missouri State University and they have a son and a daughter. After teaching Highschool biology for three years, he has been in veterinary practice in both Iowa and Missouri. His major hobby is bicycling and has ridden across Iowa on RAGBRAI numerous times. He participates in mission trips with the Christian Veterinary Mission, and has traveled to India, Honduras, Haiti, Kenya, and Indonesia.
Dr. Linda Truitt:
Dr. Truitt grew up in the military. Her father was in the Air Force. She settled in Phoenix, Arizona in 1978. She received her undergraduate degree and her U.S. Army commission at Colorado State University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology, a Master of Arts in Education and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University. Dr. Truitt has a special interest in exotic animal and wildlife husbandry and veterinary medicine, and has spent time training in exotic animal medicine in Australia, Africa, Papua New Guinea and the Dominican Republic. She also has received superior exotic animal medicine training from U.S. esteemed colleagues.
